If your package was marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, there are a few steps we suggest taking.
- Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they are physically at your address. Please allow 24 hours following a delivery confirmation before assuming that there is an issue.
- Double-check around your mailbox, the perimeter of your house, your mailing center, or any other places the delivery driver could have left your package. Sometimes the delivery driver will put your package in a safe "hidden" spot to prevent theft.
- Contact the shipping carrier and try to gather additional information on where the delivery driver may have left your package.
- Is there a chance one of your neighbors mistakenly collected your package?

You have up to 10 days after an item is marked as delivered to report your missing package. Dormroom.com is not responsible for lost packages reported beyond 10 days post-delivery. Please ensure that you provide a valid shipping address that is attended and will be monitored during the day if your mail area is not secure.
