If you aren't satisfied with your order, we'd love to help facilitate and exchange for an item that better works for you. Print and complete the Exchange Form at the bottom of this page and return it with your package.
Once your item is received in our Returns Center, an exchange order will be set up and shipped out to you in 5-9 business days. If the item you wish to exchange for is an upgrade in cost, the card on file will be charged in the amount of the price difference.
Our goal is to have you satisfied. Please allow us 5-9 days to process all returns and exchange shipments. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please use a reliable shipping carrier that supplies tracking information and a receipt of your shipment, for your records.
